By subscribing to this relay, you gain access to posts from individual game developers and studios in the gaming industry.

Handle
Get your NIP-05 handle so that others can find and identify you more easily on Nostr.
To get it a your-username@gadsxtr.xyz handle, along with being added to the relay, a Sats payment is required, along with providing just send proof of being a game developer via a direct/private messageNotice: When sending a zap, make sure to include a message with it that helps us verify you're a game developer, like your itch.io page, or a social post showing what you've been working on.
"Nostr is a simple, open protocol that enables global, decentralized, and censorship-resistant social media." It's for more a lot more than social media, but let's stick with that for now.
"It's a human readable identifier for your public key. It makes finding your profile on Nostr easier. It makes identifying your account easier. A NIP-05 ID also provides you with a shiny verified check-mark across many Nostr clients!"
It's similar to an email address. On other social platforms like Twitter, you have "@username" , while on Nostr with a NIP-05 handle, it would look like "username@domain.com" (it's like an email "username@gmail.com"), and in our case, it would be "username@gadstr.xyz".
This is a relay for game developers only. Even if you're a gamer, a games journalist, reporter, a youtuber, a streamer, influencer, investor, etc. If you're not a game developer, as in you develop games, then you won't be able to join.
A lot of other relays allow you to publish your notes/posts on their relay, and you can even set up your own relay, there isn't a shortage of relays to join, however, there are relays that are paid to help prevent spam posts on individuals' feed and the global feed, and these payments would help with moderation.
The Gadstr is similar to those paid relays in regards to the reason why it's paid.
Until we get to it! After checking that the payment has been made, we'd have to check you're a game developers by checking out the message you've attached with your payment that indicate you're a game developer.
It'll usually take 24 to 48 hours, however, if there's a high load of requests, then it may take up to a week or more.
